I went to see her in Urgent Care for Flu. was impressed with the care, explanation of the symptoms and very practical treatment plan. Highly recommend.

She wanted to be anywhere else besides helping me today. I have been crying in pain for 2 nights because of a double ear infection and she spent less than 10 seconds looking at me, and less than 2 minutes taking to me. No health insurance makes going to a doctor very rare for me, and then being treated like that is just so unprofessional. $150 for 2 minutes of nothing.

I am visiting Virginia Beach to see my family and my son got sick. Dr. Saran and her staff promptly took care of the ailment. The way she approached and made all of us comfortable was impressive. Highly recommendable.

She has NO bedside manner and needs to command THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE better.

I am so thankful to Dr. Saran that today she promptly saw me and ordered some test etc for the confirmation of her diagnosis. I was immediately referred to specialist for further care. Every body including the doctor worked in a coordinated and friendly manner. Highly recommended.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Saran as a walk-in for urgent care. Both times there was a student doctor that saw me first and offered what I thought was a reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan. When Dr. Saran came in to follow up, she deferred making any diagnosis and both times told me she wasn't sure what it could be and offered very little in the way of mitigating the issues. This last visit (for minor eye irritation/possible pink eye) she refused to commit to a diagnosis and said I should go see an eye doctor. Really? I could have made an appointment with an eye doctor but that would defeat the purpose of a walk in urgent care clinic. She is apparently afraid to make a diagnosis...I guess if you don't make a decision you can't be wrong, right? The other doctors I have seen at this urgent care seem to be very capable and the staff is friendly and efficient.

I like this facility and physician particularly for their promptness and quality of care. I live in this area and have been several times for different health conditions including my children and my 94 year old mother. i am impressed with the compassion and sincereity of the physician and staff. I highly recommend.

I have seen her several times for me and my family. I always find her very attentive and pleasant. she was very focused during her time which probably helps her to reduce the wait time. I admire her knowledge and common sense. WE always got the best advise. I recommend her highly specially.

I was not impressed one bit with this Physician. I came in for an acute issue for me (new onset swelling and pain) and was told that this was an Urgent care facility and these issues should be addressed with a PCM (I was the only one in the waiting room). Dr. Saran listened to my lungs and my heart for 3-4 seconds. Never addressed my swelling (didn't look) and told me that she would give me a week worth of medicine for pain and that I needed to get a PCM ASAP. I asked if i could get some lab work drawn and she agreed, reluctantly. Ancillary staff was wonderful. Believe me, I will call to find out who is on duty before returning to this clinic.
