Dr. Prem Parmar, MD

I have been a patient with Dr.Parmar for 22 yrs. He has done and awesome job in my shoulder and knee surgery. He is definitely does not sugar anything. He does not tell you what you want to hear. He is such a caring doctor to where I would not seek no other. Thank you Dr. Parmar for your amazing service. Job well done!!!

If anyone is on Work comp, please do not see this corrupt, unethical, uncaring "Doctor". Understand this, he does not care about you, and your pain, all he wants is your employers money. so when you see a moral decent Doctor has your best interest at heart. Dr. Parmar has your employers best interest at heart. He will make you wait, he will eventually come in, let what you say go in one ear, and out the other. He will do the very least amount he has to. Avoid this Doctor.

If you're in this Doctors "care" and it is Work Comp, just know he has your employers best interest at heart, NOT yours.

I'm in my 50s and a veteran of several sports related leg traumas. This is the only ortho surgeon who has been able to go in my knees and provide a thorough restoration that has allowed a fairly complete-total recovery for re-engaging in my wide range of athletic activities. He did my second ACL replacement on my always problematic right-knee, back in 2011, and it's the only one that has held together flawlessly to this day! Other orthos kept suggestion leave as is and an eventual knee replacement. Most recently he worked on my left knee with an arthoscopic surgery after I injured it (p.s. not a good idea to try doing leg splits in your 50s) He cleaned all arthritis away, shaved a spur, and clipped away some torn meniscus. The leg feels fantastic! Highly recommended, particularly if you're looking at orthopedic medicine that is focused on recovery for athletic activity.

Dr Parmar tells it like it is in a way that is easy to understand in no nonsense kind of way. If you have questions he is more than happy to answer them and his staff is always responsive when I call or email. This is my second surgery (left shoulder and two years later right shoulder) with him and he is very good at explaining how things are pre and post surgery and the follow up call the day after surgery shows his concern for his patients. Office visits are always quick with very little time waiting to be seen. I hope I don't have any additional surgeries, but if I do I will have no problem with Dr Parmar doing the work. Great surgeon!

I have never seen a Doctor not care if you are hurting before.I had shoulder surgery and I have had tight muscles-I have a bad neck-even though he never gave me any muscle relaxer-he refused to do so-I went to urgent care--they examined me and gave me flexeril .If you need a Doc who could care less if you hurt or need additional help-he is your Guy.

I was able to get in right away. There wasn't a long wait in the office. He explained everything to me. He was courteous and friendly. I would recommend him.

Very fast, not considerate with pain after surgery.

So very to the point and knows hat he is talking about! Did my husbands knee surgery and it went GREAT and he is feeling much better.
