At first, I really did like Dr. Nanavaty until I had to schedule an appointment and I could not get her office to call me back since the beginning of December. Then I get an order for a CAT scan of lungs with no contact from her office, I go for the CAT scan for them to release results suggesting possibility of malignancy and I cannot get anyone to call me back for over a week to review results with me. At this point I obviously do not matter to this doctor or her staff so I am going to a different physician at another hospital. I am done with RUSH hospital. It has only declined in patient care.
