This doctor's office has recently tried to scam my mother. She went in to get vaccines, charged her for the vaccines (even though her healthcare provider DOES cover vaccines), then turned around and charged her health insurance provider for a level 4 comprehensive exam that NEVER occurred. The billing office is handling this issue very poorly. The workers at the front desk refused to send an itemized receipt of the vaccination visit to my mother's health insurance. Every time my mother tries to get in contact with the billing office about this issue, they claim to be "looking into it" and that's all that is said. This doctor's office is greedy, poor with communication and lacks integrity altogether. DO NOT GO HERE. I am disgusted with this practice.

Save yourself by seeing another doctor, worst experience of my life. Slow response to every single emergency does not answer pharmacy requests. Loose every lab result and X-ray result. They never call u with the results but u follow up yourself and trace the test results from the lab or imaging place and give it to them then they would take their own sweet time to call you back. Surprised that a doctor can run practice this. Very shabby office, broken furniture and dated equipment and stinks. You will be able to see the doctor after an hour even when there is absolutely no one in the facility, who sees you for a blink of time and prescribes high doses of medication that causes so much side effects. Billing is quite shady and always problematic with the insurance. They want to follow up for everything and get you in just for reviewing your test results and bill u for that. Inefficient staff and uncorteous staff who cannot communicate well. PLS avoid going here and save yourself.

I was there this past Saturday and the two young lady's in the front where very nice and pleasant. I learned the the one young lady was the New office manager after speaking with her briefly. She had asked us if we would like a bottle of water to drink while we were waiting which I myself thought was very nice! After my visit with Steve who was just as wonderful, both young lady's in the front told me they hope I feel better and said if I need anything please call us , and they both smiled. I was so happy with the way the two girls treated me I forgot why I was there. Thank you

Medical malpractice: does surgical procedure without (a) sterilized instrument, and (b) any aneasthetia. She does not care if patient is in extreme pain and discomfort. Deceitful billing: asks patients for followup visits on days she herself is absent but still bills for those visits. extremely rude manager: her pimp, who may claim himself to be the "billing manager" is an rude arrogant manner less fella, beware of him.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The facility was clean and organized. The staff moved fast to clear the waiting room. Overall a good experience. Everyone was very pleasant.

staff was vey friendly and helpful even though it was Christmas Day. They went out of their way to make sure prescriptions were faxed and ready for us. Doctor was very thorough.

Anybody looking for a civil surgeon - Immigration doctor, do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else even if you have to drive a bit further. No courtesy, does not follow up and chnages her words every time we saw her. My wife and I have wasted hours waiting, hundreds of dollars on tests and after two months still waiting for the paperwork.

THESE people are extremely unprofessional, cheap, and RUDE!! the staff are terrible they hardly know what they are doing, its because they pay the staff 9 dollars an hour with no benefits and part time why they are so rude! never waste your time going you have to wait like about an hour to be seen

Extremely rude staff, the entire practice revolves around making money, they don't get back to you on time and make you wait endlessly to answer even a single question..only after money..avid them at any cost and it will save you from stress and anxiety
