Dr. Prentice David Steffen, MD

I scheduled through my healthcare provider a telephonic appointment (TelaDoc). Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the wait time was a day to get an appointment (prior experience was 5 minutes or less). My appointment time came and went as I patiently waited for him to call until I was notified through the service that Dr. Prentice Steffen “attempted call” and cancelled. This is an outright lie. No calls were made. He likely just pocketed the money and left me without care.

Completely misdiagnosed my condition. My lung collapsed due to a blow to my body and he instead diagnosed my condition as a shoulder sprain. Dr. Steffen should have his license taken away.

This was a nightmare, this Doctor is a racist ,please do not let him to take care of patients,he is impolite ,rude , aggressive and I has no respect for the people how work for him and the patients
