Dr. Winters has been my primary physician for more than 25 years. His examinations are thorough and are always coupled with incisive questioning about the state of my health.

This doctor will do nothing for you except refer you to specialists: we're not sure what he actually does.

I have never seen such a sloppy and unresponsive doctor's office. They repeatedly transmitted to my pharmacy a wildly incorrect dosage of an essential prescription which I must take daily as a result of cancer surgery. The first time the dose was 1/5th of what Dr. Winters prescribed after reviewing my blood work. The second time the dose was way too high and could have caused an episode of a-fib. I had episodes of a-fib in the past when the dose was too high. The third time they were back at the 1/5th of the correct dose and despite repeated calls by my pharmacist, they have not even bothered to respond to the pharmacy. I will be going to Dr. Winters' office immediately to get my medical file and find another doctor.

Dr. Winters is a superb physician. Caring, compassionate, easy going but very, very professional.

Here's how much I love Dr. Winters: he became my primary physician in 2000, before he joined his current practice; a year ago my husband and I moved to California, and he is still my primary physician! I recently scheduled my yearly physical to coincide with a family visit to NY. Dr. Winters takes a personal interest in his patients and, thanks to his good care I have stayed healthy enough to restrict my doctor visits to year.y check- ups. He takes tne time to research issues of concern during your visit and never keeps you waiting. I highly recommend him!
