Dr. Priscilla Matson Benner, MD

Dr. Benner is a good diagnostician, a caring and skilled physician with a wonderful attitude toward those in need of medical help.

Office staff very rude,disorganized

Entire staff is both courteous and compassionate. They do not get upset even when they have to send repeat diagnostic papers etc. This allows me to not be too afraid or have to wait too long when I have misplaced papers or even scripts----I have ADD and just have organizational problems at times. They usually empower me instead of belittling me. Previously they also had a PA-C who was very good .

Dr Benner is an intelligent doctor and generally was always correct with her diagnosis of my conditions. She would recommend a specialist if she thought you needed one. I spent 14 years with her and was pleased. Her staff was very pleasant.

staff was rude and seemed bothered by me while i was in the waiting for almost an hour. doctor benner was nice when i finally saw her. if you switch from this office to another office they call you and harass you asking why you left them.

The office is very dirty and the staff is rude. You have to wait a long time.
