I felt like she was trying to convert me to her religion. Her office took two weeks to send my prescription to the pharmacy. It’s nearly impossible to get them on the phone.

Horrible doctor. She will eject you from the practice and abandon you for no reason at all. PA’s and office staff is abysmal, too.

Attending to her patients Beyond expectations. Absolutely Amazing!

Dr. Ross defamed my name and in that I was taking care of my Mother who had Alzheimer's for 9 years and a father with Parkinson's all funds went to their care I had a failed laminectmomy and was referred to her and thrapy.. Her bedside manner was like an interview for a good job. All forms of medicines and therapies were discussed but the first day I saw her after a failed back surgery she was going on vacation and went through her spiel quickly. I had a reaction to one of the meds and my husband called to ask what to do and her staff were totally inept. He was highly concerned and tried to obtain details on who else could cover her and there was not a replacement for her. She used language I would not repeat online. More insane was that she introduced my spouse and I to her parents out in the doctor area as "This is my mommy and daddy". What was that? All information was reported to the CEO, medical board.

would not recommend her. she said she was going to order an MRI. three weeks later it still had not been ordered. called the office several times to no avail. she never spent more that 10 min. in the exam room. total waste of time and money. three days prior to my next appointment I received a letter from her saying she didn't think she could help me further. three days. who can find a new pm doctor in 3 days? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Very pleasant staff and great doctor. She didn't cure my back but she gave me hope and really reduced my suffering significantly.

Excellent doctor with great bedside manner! She spent alot of time with me and I really felt like she cared and was very thorough.

Dr. Ross is an exceptional doctor but Southeastern orthoortho/ Optim Ortho is aweful. She's no longer there but has opened up somewhere elseelse but still Savannah. . If anyone knows where I can find her I'd appreciate a Addy or phone number.

I saw Dr. Ross before she went out to have her babies. I must say that she spent so much time with me and really explained my problems and helped me come out of the depression I had been in for years with my back pain. She spent a lot of time with me and help me understand what I needed to do and what medicines to take to feel better. I have gone back to work and I'm enjoying a much happier life because of the sweet lady.
