This doctor almost seems like she hates her job, she reads you thinking she knows you but you leave feeling worse after speaking to her than you were before going in. She is very arrogant and the way she speaks to some staff is....concerning.

Best Psychiatrist I have EVER been to! I have been to Several for my 2 boys and Dr. D has far SURPASSED them ALL! I can Not say enough about her bedside manner, the time she took with all of us! Her genuine concern for my entire family. She is the Very Best you will EVER find ANYWHERE! If you keep your appointments, you will always have the medication you need and the care and time taken like NOWHERE ELSE!

Dr. Dungana Thank You for saving Bonnie s life. She had been misdiagnosedfor 24 years by many other doctors and prescribed meds that made made her worse.After Dr. Dungana took time to study her case and recommended TMS Treatments Bonnie went from hearing voices telling her to commit suicide to enjoying life and is off medications. After several years of using this office for my child, I give up on the office staff avoiding all sorts of scheduling issues. The ARNP is who sees the patient's, which is fine - even preferred (usually), but either they do not utilize their autonomy, or simply do not have any, to care for patient's well without running through many of their decisions through the MD. I do not feel like they adequately listen to the concerns or myself or my child. But as insurance dictates where we go, we are stuck. Be sure to get appointment cards and hold onto them until the day of your appointments, even if you put the appointment information in your phone or tablet. That way, you can show them when your appointment was scheduled when they tell you that you have shown up at the wrong time, or on the wrong date. Also, the depression screening given at every appointment is useless. My child has each question, and its answer, memorized. Every time they are seen, they get the same answer, even if that is… not what they think or how they feel. What a waste of time.

Dr. Dhungana really understood me because she asked the right questions and listened. I could not be happier with the treatment and overall care I received.

Highly recommended. Dr. Dhungana is outstanding and I am very pleased to have met her. I feel very comfortable during our visits, she is very knowledgeable, She took the time to do a thorough history and I never felt rushed. I feel so much better.

The office service is horrible. They do not answer the phones or return a call. I called 7 times every day and still no return call. I am not going there anymore.

Have been to this clinic for the past year. The most impressive has been the amount of time during each visit the doctor has spent with us. Well beyond the slotted time and in great details and depth. Have an excellent visit each time !
