Prithpal K. Singh, MD

I have been going through a mental health crisis for a couple of months now. I saw her last week and she spent almost an hour with me and my husband. Asked so many questions, listened, and laughed with us. She offered a couple of options, answered all my questions, and we came up with a plan to help me going forward. I had been feeling so helpless before this and now i have hope.

I have been going to Dr Singh for a while now and she is pretty great. I feel like she is excited to see me and truly cares about my wellbeing and health. I have not had any major complications that she has had to work through so idk how it would be in that case, but in our general appointments and updates it has been better than great. The front staff in the office are usually good as well but at times they can mess up or give some attitude but that is not reflective of Dr. Singh at all.

I will be leaving mercy medical group after my treatment by the administration team within the office. The doctor herself is very kind and nice but the others are not. To work in the field of mental health and treat people so poorly is disgusting. They should restructure their offices. If this is the training of the people within mental health care, I can only imagine how they treat others. Mercy should better train their employees to have customer service, as medical care is by far the largest expense I have and I should be treated with respect; not like a crazy person because I have a mental illness

I had good care from Dr. Singh for a couple of years but when I had a problem and needed her to advocate for me, she was completely unwilling to take a stand against some blatant injustice. Zero backbone and unwilling to stand up for her patients if she thinks it might create a personal problem for her.

Dr. Singh is a wonderful doctor. She is excellent in talking to kids and understanding how to get them to talk. She is an excellent communicator and never talks down to you. After four years of help from Dr. Singh, my children and our family are better off.

Exceptional physician. Very fortunate to have such an expert.
