Dr. Prithviraj Rajaram Chavan, MD

My mother in law was taken to Stabler Hospital ER with a fractured wrist. Chavan told her he would handle this break differently if she was younger. He put a hard cast on her arm immediately never allowing it to swell. The next day her hand is purple and swollen over the cast. Return to ER where he removed the cast and puts her in a black Velcro arm brace. These are usually used after a break has healed. Told her she could remove it as needed. Today her hand is deformed as is her wrist. There is no feeling in 3 of her fingers and her hand is now useless. She used a walker at the time of the break. Since the break she no longer can hold the walker which has made her immoble without a person assisting her. Don't let this guy work on your family members, especially if they are elderly. Aboulutely a horrible doctor. Run away quickly

Dr chavan is awesome but his staff are very rude and ugly and disrespectful and there's no communication skills between them and the hospital lv Stabler.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Chavan. I did not have to wait long before seeing him. He performed a thorough assessment and answered all of my questions completely. I thought his bedside manner was excellent. Mostly I am pleased with my results! Great doctor!
