Dr. Priti Nimeshkumar Desai, MD

Dr Priti is the best ever she treats my Grandson well. He's Autistic ADHD & Bi polar as much as he hates change he loves Dr. Desai, he wont go to anyone else.

Front office greeting needs little improvement.

Worst doctor ever. She wants to treat everything as a cold or will give you antibiotics over the phone. Does not accept to be questioned. Be prepared to wait at least an hour every time you have an appointmet. Worst office staff, it reflects the kind of doctor she is.

Cons: Waiting room area is very small and not set up for children (no books/toys/etc.) There is a complete change in behavior and attitude the staff and doctor take with you after a certain amount of time your child has been seen and it's not a good change, difficulty in making an appointment or trying to get a hold of the doctor, and how rude and unprofessional staff become with you by back talking/being passive aggressive/dismissing your concerns or calls/giving you the runaround/etc. Dr. Desai never called me back after leaving messages with staff nor will she call anyone back from what I have been told no matter how many times those girls on the phone tell you they will leave a message for her to call and I'm not the first person to witness that either. Staff didn't make an effort to have a relationship with my child or I, just straight to business and if asked for anything additional like something with my child's development or weight/height info on it they behaved like it was… to much trouble to do that so I would end up feeling like I had to jump hoops just to get it, ridiculous! Dr. Desai was very laid back/dismissive when it came to my concerns and questions. She was not thorough when checking my child when coming in for a visit and I never understood why she did the very minimal when looking at my child. I soon felt like I couldn't share concerns or questions with her due to her attitude of nothing ever being that serious. There were a couple of occasions that I can recall that I lost confidence in her, one in which I found out my child had an ear infection from another doctor after thinking it was something else from what she had told me. The Doctor asked me and was surprised that she didn't even take a look at his ears. Another occasion was when she prescribed some medicine that, in my opinion, should have never been prescribed for my child since it was not good for the age my child was. So when I gave it to him he got very sick from it. Even the pharmacist seemed surprised but I trusted that Dr. Desai knew what she was doing. Pros: Place is picked up, Dr. Priti Desai is Board Certified and from what I read online seems to have a clean background, Doctor speaks good English, Seems to be nice, and in the beginning (for me) of your relationship with her it went ok but changed after a few visits to a bad experience with her.

Absolutely the best pediatrician I've been to so far. Dr. Desai is very attentive which is an A+.

Very nice and down to earth! I am very pleased with the care my children received. I highly recommened.
