Dr. Kothari is simply THE BEST! My son has been seeing her since he was 5 for ADHD and processing issues. He struggled in school and she helped us tremendously to get his ADHD under control and he is absolutely thriving! He is now 17, taking honors courses and looking at Universities that we never dreamed he would be a fit for! We owe it all to her extensive knowledge, professionalism and patience to find the right plan for him. I can't thank her enough for all of her help!

Dr Kothari is a gem. She is very versed with women's mental health issues especially trauma. She is sensitive to the healing process and is very understanding and compassionate and gentle.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kothari's for 11 years. I started seeing her in 2009 when I lived in South FL and even after relocating back to my home state of AL, I chose to remain her patient via quarterly telemedicine visits. Dr. Kothari made me feel at ease from the first time I met her and I like that she truly listens to me and does not assume that she already knows what's going on. The patient/doctor relationship can be hard, and even harder in mental health due to the sensitivity of the information. Dr. Kothari embodies professionalism, but also has a quality of humility that's not just needed, but appreciated by her patients.

I am a mental health professional, Dr. Kothari treated my daughter for several years for adhd. Usually my husband took her to her appointments but the last few visits I took her and I can honestly say she has a disorder herself. Since I have not done a clinical diagnosis I am not willing or able to say what it could be but I do know she should not be practicing and especially not with children. Please keep you and your family safe and find treatment elsewhere.
