My family has been seeing Dr Patel for 10 years, My mother and Father and Myself. She has always been thorough with everyone's care.

I am sorry I am no longer your patient. I was at the office for my appointment and was told my insurance was not good and the lady at the window was rude and would not pick up the phone when blue cross was calling . She said she didn't have time to pick up the phone. I took the day off of work for that appointment . I waited 3 weeks for you to call me back after I left you a message that day. This is why me and my wife will no longer have you as a doctor. The people at your window have been rude to me and my wife .

Awful!!!! The worst office staff in history!!! Dirty, out dated! Very Unprofessional!!!
