I agree with all the 5-star previous reviews as they also reflect my experiences with Dr. Priya. She is knowledgeable, insightful, kind and always available in our working relationship. Her referrals to specialists are well informed and appropriate.

Over the last 71 years I went from trusting and respecting doctors to dreading their occasional necessity. That is - until I told the nurse of my last physician that he was horrible and I would not be back. She told me I should see Priya Carden - I would love her! And - she was right! Dr. Priya is the best physician I have ever had. Being knowledgeable, capable, and up-to-date is just the beginning. She is always directly available - you don't explain your situation to a receptionist, technician or nurse who relays what you said. She listens without ever appearing pressed for time. Unlike the string of Dr.'s I saw at Peacehealth, who always were pushing diagnostic tests and pharmaceuticals, she knows that there are many ways to proceed in any medical situation. She offers a variety of options, lets you know why she recommends a particular one, then supports you in following your preferred path. She is kind, gentle, and friendly. Visiting her is like visiting a loving and… well loved family member. I am grateful to the nurse who told me about Dr. Priya and very happy she is my doctor.

Dr. Carden is skilled, thoughtful, kind, patient and, a miracle in these days of managed care, accessible. She also has an impressive network of like-minded specialists for referrals as needed. I will be forever grateful to the friend who recommended her to me.

As a part of the medical community here, I truly appreciate Dr. Priya's warm demeanor, her intellect, and her business model. Switching from one of the town's large medical groups to her has been a game-changer for me. Being able to call or email her directly is incredibly efficient. I can communicate with her during a work day and not have to take time off work which is such a stress relief. She takes my concerns seriously and listens carefully. When appropriate, she will offer me options of what step to take next and explain the rationale behind each; this feels more like we are a team instead of feeling like a PCP is the gatekeeper to care. I view the monthly payment as an investment in my health due to the expert, individualized care that I receive from the same person at every interaction. I am so happy this is an option in town and that I made the jump from insurance-dictated care to real, holistic care.

Dr. Carden's practice is truly patient focused, and she takes the time to really listen to me. Certainly, her medical knowledge is top-notch; it is her caring manner and timely follow-up that make her stand out from the crowd.

Dr. Priya has created a great medical model for general healthcare. She is a great GP. She is always accessible through text, email, or by appointment. I have never had such direct, easy communication with a physician! She is a remarkable person that l trust and highly recommend.

It is rare to find a physician who is highly trained, evidence-based and up to date while also being holistic and completely present for you. Dr. Priya really considers and thinks about whatever issue you raise and offers sound ideas. I feel secure with my health in her hands. I've been a patient of Dr. Carden's for about three years now. She has guided me through some difficult physical issues over the years and I'm so grateful she's there when I need her. It's still amazing to me that I can email her a request and get a response generally the same day and needed appointments and refills sometimes the same or next day! I wish everyone could have this kind of care. I would recommend her to anyone seeking medical care.
