She has the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever had to see. Referred by my primary OBGYN for unexplained infertility after several losses, and she was able to identify issues and get us our godsend. The BEST

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SEE A DOCTOR AT THIS PRACTICE! Here you aren’t a patient, you are a talking pocketbook. We hadn’t begun trying to conceive yet but my ob/gyn recommended we have a basic fertility workup done due to my pre exsisting conditions. Dr. Maseelall introduced herself and quickly began quoting IVF prices. I thought it was unprofessional to not ask what had brought us there but I thought that maybe it was in the chart by mistake. So, I told her that my Hematologist said I could, under no circumstances, take any hormones because I’d had blood clots multiple times on hormones, and I stated as much. To which she replied she could “talk to them” about it; which I took to mean “I know better than the doctors at Mayo Clinic who specialize in autoimmune related blood disorders”. I’ve had 3 doctors who stated the same warning, so it wasn’t a matter of getting a second opinion. It’s a fact that in my case, hormones have proven to repeatedly cause blood clots, which… can be fatal. So for a doctor to not even ask what brought me in and not listen to a legitimate medical concern is not only unprofessional, it’s unethical. To be fair to the rest of the practice and Dr. Maseelall, I know they do help patients who actually need ivf or other treatments to conceive so I’m not questioning their capabilities, but they are unquestionably bypassing ethical standards to push the bottom line. I recommend anyone visiting this practice to insist on testing to confirm the need for treatments and to get second opinion before entrusting your life and savings to these salespeople.

I did in vitro fertilization with doctor Maseelall and I got pregnant ??! She is the excellent doctor who knows everything about infertility and seems very experienced. The whole IVF cycle was easy and organized, everything were done on time. Also she offered me extra procedures ( which I did )in order to increased my chance to get pregnant . I am so happy ??, she made my dream come true. I am going to chose her as my primary gynecologist doctor. Thank you so much ?? and God bless you ??

A year ago was our FET/IVF and today we’re sitting here with a happy & healthy 16 week old son thanks to Dr. Maseelall & her team at RGI! After a year & half of trying, we found Dr. Maseelall who immediately began running tests to uncover our unexplained infertility. She was extremely honest with us and with our chances of success for each treatment. We never lost faith in her, even when our first method didn’t work. She treated us like family by recommending what she’d tell her sister to do and we did EXACTLY that. Dr. Maseelall, Jen & Sharon (in Canfield) and Jenna & Michelle (in Akron) always took the time to answer our notebook full of questions and keep us positive we’d walk away with a baby. They took the time to make sure we understood every step of our procedures & treatments - how to administer shots, when to take medications, follow up appointments, anything we could do to help, etc. We look forward to working with this team again to hopefully give our son a sibling! Dr. Maseelall is an amazing doctor. She is so compassionate and so kind. She's the kind of doctor you wish all doctors were like. She's an expert in her field and I felt 100% comfortable trusting in her abilities. She's helped me start my family and I will be back for her help to complete it. She's a wonderful doctor and I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

My husband and I were so blessed to have her as our doctor. All the doctors at rgi are great. I was so nervous for our first visit, but she was amazing. She gave me such hope and we left there with a plan of action right away. She told us everything up front and we knew we were in good hands. After three months we got our miracle. While I was disappointed we had to see a specialist, I couldn't be happier that it turned out to be Dr Maseelall. In a word, she was "cool". Anyway, super smart, down to earth, and compassionate would be some others. Took a while, but happy parents to two after seeing her on two different occasions. I tell everyone about her.

She made me feel calm, and confident about my condition. She helped me get 2 beautiful little girls!
