Dr. Priya Tandon, MD

I have been seeing Dr Tanden for quite some years now and she has always been compassionate, caring, professional, accurate and thorough each time I have needed her,. She has surprised me more than once when giving me a diagnosis that I needed to see a specialist to follow up and the diagnosis was correct. She really gives each patient her full attention, I'm grateful this holiday for a good trustworthy doctor,.

i was a new patient the first appointment seemed to go ok. I called the office for a refill on a prescription that I have been on for a while, the doctor told me she give me a refill, "just call her" so I called to find out she was out of the office for 5 days. her office staff told me it could not be called in, WRONG, the pharmacy only required a phone cal l for a refill, It DID NOT need a "hard copy" the rudeness of the office staff was when I mentioned that the pharmacy told me only a phone call or "Electronic" message was all that needed, was appalling. I was only passing on information that was correct. I was told I was wrong for questioning this procedure. and that the office person would not call the doctor back to let her know that only the phone call or electronic message was all that was needed. the office staff refused to call the doctor. she was completely rude, and stated i was for indicating that only the phone call would be required. As a… patient I feel this was handled completely wrong. There are to many friendly , conscientious doctors around and with the high cost of their fees and co pays take your time and find a "Good" doctor, that actually cares about their patients. NOT This practice.

I haven't felt this comfortable with a doctor in a long time. Dr. Tandon took time to get to know me and she put me at ease right away.I feel that Dr. Tandon is treating me as a whole person. I am so glad my friend recommended her.

I never imagined i would be able to find another doctor with whom I would have such confidence and comfort---Brilliant doctor, extremely nice person!

The doctor and staff have been available whenever needed with prompt and comprehensive answers to questions, appointments, and follow-up. Above and beyond any expectation

She is a great doctor. She handled my husband's health issues thoroughly. We are very pleased with Dr. Priya, and as far as we are concerned, she is the BEST doctor in Colchester, Ct.
