Dr Priya was very caring and thorough. I saw her for urgent care visit which she took care of efficiently. She even noticed I had not had regular check ups in 3 years and she discussed and ordered all the cancer screenings and bone density test that were overdue. I loved how she explained the diagnosis and tests and involved me in the testing and treatment decision. I will continue to get health care from her.

My husband had a traumatic brain injury and is disabled. Over the years, we have seen many doctors and specialists, but none compare to the exceptional care, empathy, and compassion that Dr. Narayanan has shown us over the past six months. She is truly outstanding, and we are so grateful for her.

I brought my dad to see Dr. Narayanan for abdominal pain when she worked at Kaiser - Roseville in 2018. She refused to order diagnostics, wanted him to take anti-acids. After convincing her to order some tests, she omitted Bilirubin which was the most important test for him. He ended up getting diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a couple of weeks later. He was yellow, his bilirubin was 9 times higher by then and they couldn't operate on him even though he was stage 1 cancer. They needed to bring bilirubin down which took 2 months and by that time the mass grew and was no longer operable. If she wasn't so stubborn and listened to what I was asking her to do, she would've tested his bilirubin and saw it was slightly elevated and it would've put us on a path to discover the cancer when it was still operable. I hold her personally responsible for my dad's death. A doctor who doesn't listen or believe her patient should be in jail. It should be a criminal act. Stay away from this doctor.
