Dr. Priyanka Jain, MD

Dr. Jain has been my primary care physician for the past ten years. She is caring, personable, and attentive. If she cannot respond to my emails right away, someone else does. I just moved out of the state, and am sorry that I will not be able to continue in her care.

She doesn’t care about her Patient. And it takes her weeks to respond to the test result I recently went to the emergency room and I made an appointment to see her to follow up on more tests and she canceled the appointment the last minute

very very rude. dont listen to patient. way of talking makes it fearful when approaching her

Did not take time to listen to patients, very rude and unprofessional behavior. Consistently asked question "what do you think" in a very rude manner as if i am making things up. This is not how to treat your patient

Dr Jain was my GP until my last experience. I emailed her with symptoms and asked for a referral. Her office set up a phone appointment for me with her before she could refer me. She called me 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment and was completely unapologetic about the inconvenience. Our conversation was me retelling her my symptoms and her telling me I needed to have a test first. When I said that we could have done all this through email, she said that it would be too much work for her and would take too much of her time. That was our whole conversation. She didn't explain any information about my symptoms, how they might relate to any condition, was the test entails, what information it would provide. So basically, she gave me no helpful information and is very careful about "wasting" her time email patients, but doesn't at all care about wasting her patients' time.

Dr. Jain is personable and genuinely cares about her patients' health. She is not overly eager to prescribe medications when ailments can be remedied through healthy lifestyle changes.
