Have been in pain for months and he answered all questions and suggested treatment. Had the treatment today and it went so well. Everyone in the office were professional and so kind. Dr. Aggarwal is kind and explains the whole treatment as he does it. The treatment went well hopefully it will continue to give relief for time to come. From check in to departure, everyone at 3030 Randolph Rd was extremely efficient, courteous, helpful, and professional. Avrette (I hope I spelled it correctly) prepped me and explained everything she was doing and using. In the procedure room Ar. Aggarawal did the same. He is exceptional in that he may do this procedure 100's of times, but it was my first, and he made sure I was at ease. Cindy helped me through the procedure by telling me to breathe (patients sometimes forget to do that);she definitely helped calm me down. Stephanie provided excellent care post-procedure. John(I think) wheeled me to my waiting car, even getting my jacket before I left the building. The staff at this facility, and Dr. Aggarwal's Ballantyne office are definitely patient oriented.
