Dr. Purvi Rajiv Saraiya, MD

She is a terrible doctor. She fails not only to follow up on your MRIs, she gets extremely defensive if you ask questions about your condition. I stayed with her way too long. It got to the point I would bring someone with me to witness her lack of care. So glad I finally wisened up and found a wonderful neurologist. I will say her staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints/concerns about any of them.

Dr. Saraiya was instrumental in diagnosing my migraines as well as providing me with treatment that has significantly reduced the migraine that I experience. She was caring and compassionate and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Saraiya is always on time and she addresses any needs between appointments in a timely fashion. Her staff are very helpful too. We are very pleased with her assistance.

This doctor waited months to share my MRI with me; another neurologist who I saw for another condition had to tell me that I should be checked for MS. It turns out, I did in fact have MS! This doctor also is extremely defensive and argumentative if you are proactive about your health and ask any questions.

Excellent doctor. Very understanding and professional. And will say hello on the street if you meet her elsewhere!

She treats you like a person not a chart. I feel very comfortable with her.

Felt she didn't address my true issues. I had to prod her to get answers about big things. Worst bedside mannor. Staff was the same. I waited months for an appt with her and I felt that it was one big waste of time. She gave me a diagnosis on a summary sheet that she never explained to me. She even took a phone call during my office visit. She was on time and spent a decent amount of time in the room but that proved to be useless. Very Frustrated after leaving there.
