Awful doctor. Rude, insensitive, abrasive

Constantly asks ‘‘what’s wrong with you?‘ and wants to switch my meds around when all is well. It’s as if she wants to create problems. Actually, the more I think about it, the more I am positive I am never going back there again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Babu for about 15 years for anxiety and depression. She has a very quiet, soft-spoken demeanor, which makes me feel really calm when speaking with her. I have had bad moments during non-office hours, and if I call her office and leave a message for her, she has called me right back at home and talked me through it. She can run late at times for office visits, but I believe it's because she takes whatever time is needed with each patient and sometimes that puts her behind with the patients after them. I strongly recommend her as a physician.

Note that the people giving 5 stars have only seen her a few times. She is not knowledgeable at all. Keeps bad notes, repeatedly asks if in still doing a certain behavior, which I never had. Had to tell her to write it down. She's never on time, she's rude and uncaring. Just hands out meds whether the help or not. After 15 years she has never given me a diagnosis. Unfortunately being on title 19 makes it very hard to find a psychiatrist. So this is who we end up with.

Only seen her 3 times so far, asks good questions and while not "warm" seems to be very competent.

I've had 5 or 6 visits with Dr. Babu and am very happy with the care she provides and the service of her staff. I would recommend her without reservation.
