Pathology is the bridge of basic medical science and clinical medical science. I enjoy my work, and have many years of research experience in basic medical science. My special interests include oncogenesis, dermatopathology, gastrointestinal pathology, and gynecological pathology.
Of course, my main focus is to make a diagnosis based on the evidence I’m examining, and in that way help other clinicians to effectively treat patients. I appreciate being a part of the Kaiser Permanente team, and knowing that my work supports others who provide direct patient care.
On a personal note, I enjoy arts, classical music, and doing home projects. I am also involved in coaching and helping youth sports teams.
