Dr. Lin and her staff are just the best. They are very professional but also very personable. I have only received the best of care from everyone on staff.

Dr. Qi Lin gave me more information than any other doctor I've seen before on my situation, which I truly appreciated. However, I believe her mind works so fast that she talks very quickly, but I'd rather her do that so I'm left well informed.

I cannot say enough to express how much I love Dr Qi Lin! She's amazing. She saved my life, literally! She has also done more for my pain than any doctor has ever done. She works to find solutions for ending pain. She is truly amazing! This site won't let me explain how she saved my life.

When I first met Dr. Qi Lin, I thought she was a caring individual because she listened to me about the pain I was dealing with and wanted to reduce my pain tin hopes to put of the need for surgery. Omg I discovered I was so very wrong! After my first set of injections in my neck did not work she told me to say that they did because the next set of injections will build on the first and I will get improvements. So along with the 2nd set of injections she also suggested for me to get nerve burning to stop the pain around my SI joint. So I agreed to get the right side done first since that was just recently injured and that would at leave me almost to where I was before the accident. Well during the procedure I was not given enough numbing meds. And I kept telling her I was feeling the needle going into my SI joint. She kept trying to tell me it was just pressure. And gave me a ball to hold and squeeze. I told her again I was feeling the actual needle! Then my right shoulder begin… jerking violently by itself as I laid on the table. And yelled out is this supposed to happen??? A nurse ran over and asked if I was doing it! I looked at her like she was crazy and told her, "No!!!" Then Dr Lin finally gave me more numbing meds and the jerking stopped. After the nerve burning was complete, I went to the other side and there she gave me injections in my neck. Again I told her I was not numbed enough because when the needle went in, I felt it, as if it went through to my teeth! The next injection she again would not numb me more and I had to go through that pain again! A month later the pain spasms on my right side were intense and far worse than before the procedure. I contacted her office and she never responded to this day. Here it is almost a year and a half later and i still have severe spasms on my right side. My right side is now my worst side. I can't lay on my right side long before the spasms starts! No one should go through this nightmare!!! What because I'm thick and black, I'm supposed to be able to take the pain and need minimum numbing meds? No she should have listened to me. And numbed me more when i first told her I could feel the needle's point!

Exceptional doctor. I can see why it took over a month just to see her. Loved how she explained everything. however once I had the appointments the service was prompt. Enjoyed the whole staff. You can tell they are all a great team.

I really liked Dr Lin. While out of town I re-injured my back. I avoided going to a doctor as I was a week from coming home. I stretched my meds and took 4 not 3 pills a day. I used to take 4 a day anyway. I told her how proud I was to avoid going to another Dr for additional meds. She muttered I was not following instructions and left the room. The next thing I knew I was being ushered out by a nurse. I received 30 days of meds and that was that.... I thought I was in some nightmare. Not the quality of care and bedside manner I want in a doctor anyway. Good luck understanding her English!
