He tried to make me do gynecological exam when I’m postmenopausal. I’m aware that there is an error in my charts where a healthcare worker linked my records to CMS Metroplus Medicaid. I had Metroplus Gold as a NYC employee over a decade ago. The worker either intentionally or accidentally linked my Metroplus Gold insurance to Metroplus Medicaid. I asked the healthcare facility to remove false link but they claimed it’s out of their hands and the responsibility of CMS. I contacted CMS who told me and I have them on audiotape that I am NOT in their system at all. Now I have to hire lawyer to remove false link. Be careful when you go to healthcare facilities. Undereducated careless idiots in the office can easily slander your charts and erroneously link you to Medicaid despite the fact that you’ve had employer-based commercial insurance all your life and ruin your name and reputation.
