My aunt needed medicine and the receptionist refused to let the doctor know to provide my mom the prescription. My mom is an elderly and was in dire need of the medicine. Receptionist claimed to be doctor's daughter and refused to give the information to the doctor. Doctor's daughter said she won't let us speak to the doctor. She refused to cooperate. I am going to report this to the BBB.

Called numerous times no response.Pharmacy also called no response.Spoke to the Doctor's daughter who is the receptionist. She was extremely rude and informed me that if I didn't like what was said to me to find a different doctor and hung up the phone on me.It is now a little more than one week and my mom whom is an elderly person has not and cannot get the medications that she desperately needs.I have never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from anyone in the medical field.
