I had a doctor that didn't know me, a NP that didn't have a clue, and a breast that looked wrong. I was finally sent to Doctor Pham who got me taken care of in a matter of days. The diagnostic mammogram, then having to tell me I have Cancer, then referring me to a plastic surgeon, doing the double mastectomy, my hospital visit, getting people doing what they were suppose to at the hospital, and the follow up visit. Very driven, wants the very best for me and let me know that. She was who I needed to take control and give me direction, she even told me about the oncologist who was treating her husband, she referred me to him. Very professional, compassionate, and driven. I will go to her over and over if I need surgical procedures done.

had emergency surgery and couldn't ask for a more skilled compassionate or amazing doctor. I was the patient no one wanted to operate on due to my condition of a rare pneumonia, copd and a bowel obstruction but she did and rectified many years of problems with constipation with a colectomy and no bag.

I had laproscopic gallbladder surgery. Dr. Pham punctured small bowel at a documented small hernia site during surgery. She did not open me up and did not put me on post op antibiotics. When I asked why I couldn't have antibiotics after, I was told "surgeon preference" and she stated that "no bowel contents had leaked out during surgery" so no antibiotics were needed. Nine days later she discharged me over the phone without seeing me. I was barely tolerating clear liquids at that point. One day later I returned to ER with massive infection. Wound cultures showed internal bowel bacteria as cause. Another dr had to rip open my incision with his fingers to remove massive amounts of pus. After not getting better I had to have open exploratory surgery. Dr. Pham said nothing wrong was found on 2nd surgery EXCEPT a dying section of sigmoid colon from foreign body reaction. She did colon resection removing 6 inches of colon. Where would a foreign body come from? Maybe her prior surgery? The… wound was not getting better over a week after 2nd surgery; I had to demand infectious disease consult and wound culture that Dr. Pham did not want to give stating wound "looked fine". Wrong....MRSA infection. I was in hospital almost a month, almost died, then had 3 months of long term iv antibiotics at home with home health care every day packing my open wound. Took 3 months for wound to close only after changing doctors. My life changed radically not being able to work, lift, or bend. I would not recommend Dr. Pham to any one having surgery. She was more concerned with keeping her screwed up surgery quiet within the hospital halls that she provided sub-minimal unethical care to her patient. Don't take a chance.

BACK IN 2004 I HAD A HERNIA. DR. PHAM SAID IT WAS HER FIRST TIME USING LAPROSCOPIC SURGERY (MESH). SHE PERFORMED THE SURGERY AND SOON AFTER THE HERNIA CAME OUT OF THE MESH. I CALLED DR. PHAM'S PHONE NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES AND SENT HER EMAILS AND SHE NEVER RESPONDED. THE HERNIA GOT SO BAD THAT I HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY RECENTLY. I ALMOST DIED; THANKS TO DR. PHAM. IF SHE HAD PERFORMED THE 1ST HERNIA OPERATION SUCCESSFULLY, I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS A SECOND TIME.

Dr. Pham recently did my surgery. She is a Wonderful, caring Doctor. She took time, listened to me, and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed, like with some Doctors, even at the post op visits.
