Dr. Quinisha Kayon Logan, MD

I'm disappointed in the patient care I received during my two visits. If you try to call and talk to someone, it is impossible to get someone on the phone because you are either transferred and no one picks up or it goes straight to voicemail. I had discussed getting a certain test done, and the doctor told me she would notify me with details and see if my insurance covered it. I never heard anything (I waited a month), and it took an act of congress to finally talk to a nurse (several days later after I left a voicemail). The front desk was fair until my second visit. I had this appointment on my calendar a month in advance and received a reminder call stating the time (I did like the fact they have a reminder call). The receptionist informed me that I was marked a no show as my appointment was 1:00, not 1:45, and I would be a work in. I always keep my appointments on my calendar, and told her I even got a reminder call stating 1:45. She didn't care and acted like I was the… problem, so I just waited to be seen. As for Dr. Logan, she is nice enough, and I really can't say anything bad about her. I am disappointed though in the staff and would like to say that if you go into healthcare, it's not all about the paycheck. It's about the patient, and I got the impression that the people there need a lesson in listening to what the patient has to say.
