Great clinical care. I did have to wait in the waiting room for 30 mins prior to my appt that they told me to arrive 15 mins prior for. The staff just wasn't there yet. When front desk staff did arrive, they were very nice! I also waited in exam room for 20 mins for fellow, then another 30 mins for the MD to come in as follow up. I do understand the process but it was extensive wait time being the first patient of the day. Again, when with the clinical team in exam room they were more that attentive and through and made sure I was there top priority!!

Dr. Pack is not only poorly articulate but also lacks experience in dealing with complex medical issues. His office staff was horribly rude and testy. I would never go back to see Dr. Pack.

I was pleasantly surprised when I met my new cardiologist, Dr. Pack. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Picked up on some issues other doctors had missed. Took the time to listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend this physician!
