She talked over me. Did not give me a chance to explain anything. Do not want her as my primary dr. #7. Fair.

My wife and I drive from Maplewood to Maple Grove just because we like her as the professional she is. She understands what I feel, has explained what I have and takes consideration my comments. My wife well make an appointment with her.

We were very impressed with Dr. Gao & her concern of my husband's issues. We both are happy, that she is part of his care.

I would not go back to Dr Gao. She cut me off. She talked to me like I was an idiot. She didn't give me proper explanations. She kept saying "god forbid you have am ulcer.." "god forbid you have this...god forbid you have that." I don't believe in god, number 1. And number 2, it scared me. I asked her if she thought she knew what was going on -- and she said, "how would I know by looking at you!?" in a condscending way. I have had great experieces with MNGi overall But I won't be going back to Dr Gao.

Dr. Gao was excellent. We (neither of us) really had all the information we needed as I was referred to her from the Emergency Room at the hospital a couple of days prior and she had apparently not received a report from them. So it was not really clear what was needed from her. We (she and I) determined that a full exam was not required, but she offer that if I was concerned - I was not. She did tell me what to watch for and what to do if I felt I needed assistance. she also provided me with some material for dietary support that I could do myself and informed me as to what symptoms/concerns would indicate that I needed immediate help - doctor's office or ER.

Very good experience!!

Dr. Cindy is fantastic! The best GI I have encountered.
