Dr. Thai explained to me what was going on with my cervical MRI, in terms I could easily understand, which is always so helpful. He is so kind, funny and down to Earth and did not seem in a rush at all. He put my mind at ease and of course, it helped that he determined that I did not need surgery and that alone was great, but the experience of meeting a brilliant doctor who was so open and kind and easy and funny was a gift. He put me at ease from moment one and my only regret is that I probably won't ever have to see him again, lol.
