Dr. Phan is an outstanding doctor very knowledgeable he treats his patients with respect and care. The whole staff at capital medical center is very friendly and welcoming.

been through doctors like m&m's , this doctor is the best never been cared for this well.......feel like I am family...does all the extra stuff, pretty much anything you may need....I feel blessed

He was our doctor at Chocowinity, NC 5 years ago and has been missed since he left! He listens and cares about his patients! He is a brilliant young doctor!

Dr Phan is a wonderful person and good doctor. I was seen immediately and he helped me out. He kept asking if I had any questions, or any other issues. He explained everything to me to my satisfaction. He seems very sharp. He gave me oxygen and medicine which seems to have helped. Generally you can get in for an appt on the day you call. There is no waiting around as his office is superb at not over-scheduling. I've spoke with others and they also like him very much and are impressed with his knowledge.
