Dr. Quyen Ngoc Luu, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Luu since 2006. She is a very thorough physician. If you don’t like a Dr. that will tell you like it is and don’t sugar coat anything then she is your Doctor. She will stop at nothing to find out your problem and fix it. I would recommend her to anyone.

The people are rude you never see Dr Luu and the nurse practioners are always changing.

Assigned to PAs who change almost every visit. Staff turnover is suspect. When I requested a prior year billing statement, the billing office said they had no record of payments! All before the bills varied each time I received a statement, so I was not sure what I owed. The insurance company stated once that the doctors office was double billing for services.

Waited in a patent room that was right next to her office for about 3 hours listening to her on the phone then her PA came in to see me. I don't know about this lady. If you can go someplace else..do it. I have yet to see her. Don't think I want to now especially after reading the reviews. I'll keep the PA.

I found Dr. Luu to be a truly evasive and sneaky person as regards appointments. I once left the office without seeing her after waiting over 2 hours and being told over and over that she would be right in to see me. Next time I made an appointment I said I wanted to be 1st after the lunch break so as to avoid a repeat...I sat and waited and waited again. When she finally showed up over an hour and a half later, she explained that they don't take a lunch break. So when I set my next appointment I said I wanted first appointment in the morning...imagine my surprise and rage when I learned Dr. Luu DOES NOT WORK MORNINGS. In her own words, she fills up 7 waiting rooms and anyone is free to see another doctor. She went on further to say that she wouldn't trust any doctor who didn't have a large amount of patients waiting on them. I HAVE SINCE CHANGED DOCTORS.

Dr Luu is very rude. I would not recommend her to anyone.

dr luu pa and nurses have been niece to me. know what the are doing.

When I first was patient, she saw me quickly. The last few times I saw her, I had to wait several HOURS and the last time I waited over 4 hours! Completely unacceptable...

In my experience as long as I wanted he $10,000 infusion treatment, by the way she is part owner in the infusion center, all is well. But when you ask about other treatments none exist until you advised you will seek a second opinion. Suddenly a pill is on the market. No thanks I'll get another doctor. One that talks to me not at me.
