Dr. Quynh Nhi Pham, OD

Charged me for an exam that didn't result in a prescription that actually restored my vision. She gave me my old prescription and her staff ordered glasses off what was my OLD prescription. I spent several hundred dollars on the exam. The glasses cost several hundred more. All of that was wasted. Making matters worse was her attitude. They screwed up the first "new" glasses, and those had to be redone. That they didn't charge me for. When I finally received "good" glasses, I could tell the blurriness was still a problem. I had to repeatedly insist on a check. Vision was 20/30 CORRECTED. I said this wasn't good enough. She dismissed my concerns, excused it as fine because I'm still legal to drive, then laughed at me and said "It is over 40 eyes". Excuse me, the exam was less than 3 weeks before you'd finally delivered "correct" glasses. The fault is yours for not documenting the new, worse vision and then telling me it is a NEW prescription. Multiple visits to the office wasted… hours of my time. Several hundred dollars in medical costs and glasses, wasted. And the doctor responsible laughed at me after dismissing my concerns. Her medical care and demeanor with patients are both substandard. Do not use Dr. Pham.
