Do not do Rhinoplasty with Dr. Berkowitz if you want a pretty nose at best or likely not get botched at least! Dr. Berkowitz prides himself in giving patients "natural" looking results. Little I knew it is code for him not giving you perfect aesthetic results post-op patients expect! Yeah of course nobody would guess that I have a post-op nose because it's so ugly and looks like it's been hit with a bat that nobody can believe I paid $$$$$ for this disaster! If he promises you a natural non-operative looking nose...RUN! I wish I went to someone who promised a barbie cute nose instead of a so-called "natural" much left to be desired. Researching his work and other patients' experiences almost nobody has as much improvement as other surgeons can give them. Then, you have to pay him more surgery costs for "complimentary revision" for problems he caused or did not fix. In the end, after getting forced into paying thousands more for his faults, he still can't/won't fix his mess because… he's unwilling to admit he obviously messed things up and he should just reverse all his wrongs and start making you what you asked! Why doesn't he just refund you to go to another surgeon to give you the perfect nose he won't give you anyway when he forces you to lose more out of your pocket and suffer more with anxiety for his wrongs! How can a reputed plastic surgeon make such wrong decisions and not take responsibility out of his pocket? You are better off flying abroad to get your ideal nose without losing $$$$$ for Dr. Berkowitz waste of surgeries to make your nose worse off! I feel bad being bitter about his work and so much waste of money because he seems gentle and I wanted to be happy with him :(

Dr. Berkowitz is a superior surgeon & human being. I was turning 50 which was really showing on my face.
