Dr. Robert Kenneth Landow, MD

This is not a patient mill like most medical offices in Las Vegas. It look liked an old fashion Doctor's Office ( Dermatologist, M.D. ) like you can't find anymore. He has been practicing 41 years. As a new patient, I only had to sign 2 easy read pages. The last Dermatologist I visited in Las Vegas, it was pages of fine print legalese. Not for me. I tore the papers in half and walked out. Searched and searched on the internet and my work paid off. I found Dr. Landow. I made a Saturday appt. with Dr. Landow. My wait was about 2 minutes. I give him my highest recommendation. I am a Georgetown University graduate and Las Vegas homeowner for 40 years.

After being a LONG TIME PATIENT at Dr Landow's office and spending $100's and $100's of dollars on botox and juverderm....which over the years accumulated into the thousands of dollars, I went to his office in Dec 2015 with a severe allergic reaction and HORRIFIC breakout covering about 65% of my face. I was in tears and EXTREMELY PANICKED. I ASSUMED that Dr Landow was going to give me the same kind of professional service that I had always gotten, but I was shocked to find that I was treated like a HUGE INCONVENIENCE to him. He was offended by my crying and "taking on". I admit I was a "mess" but I am a very vain woman and I fully expected to be taken care of. What I got was a CRASS, ABRUPT and RUDE response to my crisis. I was given an RX for oral antibiotics ONLY. I wanted answers and he just wanted to blow me off and get out of the room and as far away from me as possible. I did not know who THIS Dr Landow was. I became very belligerent and confrontational and told him… I was not done with him and asked him not to leave, He told me, "I dont have time for this". Because of his unwilllingness to listen to me or help me figure out what was causing this, I continued to expose myself to the product causing this severe allergic reaction causing further damage. Furthermore, I had to follow up with my PCP and he screwed up also and I now have EXTENSIVE SCARS ON 65% of my face. I must now endure Laser or microdermabrasion or whatever the Plastic surgeon decides is the proper course of action. The money I will have to spend and the fact that I have been unable to function in a normal way or live my life because my job REQUIRES me to look and feel my best. Dr Landow has really impacted my life in a way that words will never be able to articulate. All I can say is I wish I could sue him. But even then, I couldnt get back the last 3 months of my life. I dont know how many more months I will lose as I go through the process of trying to get this fixed. I dont even really know if it can be fixed. All I know, if he would have given me the time he did when he was filling me full of Botox and taking that cash, I wouldnt be in this situation. I would say there are ALOT more better and kind dermatologists in this city and I would go elsewhere.....FAST.

Don't waste your time if there was EVER a ZERO rating deserved it's this guy!! Let me tell you about Landow ( I won't even call him a Dr.) I took my son in to have a couple of moles on his back checked, we didn't know what they were but we were highly concerned. "Landow" walks in the room asked why we were there, I asked that he look at my son's back and tell us what the moles were. He gave a quick glance (maybe 10 seconds) and said "that's nothing come back and see me In 30 years" He was completely dismissive of my son's back and preceded to walk out. I tried to ask him a question about something else he wouldn't look at me as he was walking out and said come back and see me when you have an appointment. He spent a total of 30 seconds with us MAYBE... This man is the most unprofessional, classless, rude i have ever come across.. He has zero people skills, it's all about making money for this man, the more people he sees in one day the better, you figure he spends less… than a minute per ' customer" he makes bank ! I hope that nothing ever develops from these moles that could've been prevented. we plan on seeing someone else just to be on the safe side.

Love him he is the best!! Love his not so stiff and impersonal bedside manner The way he talks to you and takes time to answer questions! I'm sooo happy I found him. Staff is very nice too!

after a long wait a cantankerous dr landow informed me he would not do a minor injection my feeling is he didnt feel enough money was involved the rudest and most unpleasant medical appt ive ever had bedside manner 0

His misdiagnosis has destroyed my heart !!

Dr Landow is the best doctor ever. He is so nice, gentle, and caring. He listens and reacts accordingly. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is nice, too. The results are amazing from his various procedures.

doctor made the right diagnosis and didn't make me come back. appreciated the humor.overall if I have another skin problem, he'd be the one I'd see.
