Dr. Raafat Michel Hanna, MD

Dr Hanna is incredible rude and will make you feel like a major inconvenience. My mother was taken in by ambulance for very high blood pressure (220/90) and from the very beginning he was incredibly impatient with her. She was a little weary about taking blood pressure medicine as it has spiked other problems in the past, so she was asking questions about possible side effects etc. Dr Hanna snapped at my mother, saying she wasn’t being cooperative, took off her heart monitor and other hook ups and literally KICKED HER OUT OF THE HOSPITAL! Did not care at all that she could have died, and instead- threw her out. SHAME on Dr Hanna! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Worse doctor ever !! No bedside manner and I left feeling worse than when I came. I will never come back to that ER again

I had been to my family doctor the day before for stomach pains, and he sent me on my way and told me to rest and that I just had a virus and it would pass. When the pain didn't go away, I went back the next day to just hear the same thing. I wasn't convinced so I went to the ER. Dr. Hanna was reassuring and quickly told me what he thought the problem was. He ran the tests and it turned out that I needed to be admitted and I had gallbladder surgery the next day. The emergency room is a place for emergencies. If you're sick, he's great. If you're not, don't expect him to be nice. I personally thought he was funny. Personality aside, he knows what he's doing, and thats all I want in a doctor.

Very rude, sarcastic, horrible bedside manners and horrible manners in general... he makes you feel as if you are an inconvenience everytime, the man should NOT be in emergency medicine let alone medicine alone! His language skills are very poor as is his overall attitude! I would rather die in misery next time than to ever have to go anywhere this man is! What a disgrace to medicine!

Sarcastic, but very humorous if you have a sense of humor. Gets annoyed at things that don't really require emergency room (such as common cold), which is completely understandable. You'll get along with him if you know how to laugh and don't take insults to heart. He doesn't mean them.
