I had an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience with "Nurse Deb. During our conversation, the nurse was rude, dismissive, and ended the call abruptly by hanging up on me. I was shocked to be unfairly accused of pill seeking when I was simply trying to discuss legitimate concerns regarding my health and treatment plan. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also harmful. As a patient, I expect to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and empathy not suspicion and hostility. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure that future patients receive the respectful care they deserve.

This doctor doesn't are about us patient's. He doesn't even listen to you, he gives you 5 minutes.but he charges your insurance for a full half hour to 45 minutes and by then he has seen 5 other patient's, so he can make that money. He forgot how to be a doctor. It's a shame, because he was sooo good and caring. Now, he acts like you are wasting his time.

Try to call the office and your experience will start from there ! i'm in hospitality business and if the phone didn't get answered by the third ring what else might be going on wrong ?! Worst doctors office ever .. i had a visit more than a month ago for bad coughing and i specifically asked for a coughing syrup with codeine instead they gave me an inhaler sample which it didn't work for me, i have a job two hours away and kept trying to call the office prescription line and leaving messages with no success and that's not my first time this happen to me since every visit get my prescriptions mixed up and missing !

Has taken it upon himself to charge medicare for visits to my father that he has not been authorized for. My dad has his own primary care doctor and he seems to be predatory by seeing nursing home residents and charging for their care. He won't stop even though I have tried to stop him.

Dr Bhan is a great Doctor. Although some of his staff is judgmental and completely cold and uncaring. I can not understand why anyone would get into this line of work and choose this as a career if you are not a humanitarian and do not care about people or take your Hippocratic oath seriously? That should be the main reason that you would get into this of field of work. If you are a person knowing that you are going to be CARING for people you should not be a narcissist doing this just for a paycheck. You are dealing with real people who have real life illnesses, aliments, injuries and pain, both physical and mental sometimes. To be treated like something less than an inanimate object is completely rubbish. I'm completely sick of the ways of this world and the one place that you should be treated with compassion, care and reverence is the doctors office, so for the love of everything left good in this world please nurses and doctors alike rid these people from your fray and bring back… the bedside manner and take out the people just going through the motions for a paycheck. I want to say that this doctor has been the best my grandfather has been treated by. He actually made a home visit for my grandfather. One of the best doctors I know of today.
