Dr. Rabia Manzoor, MD

I really liked dr. Manzoor. She is very confident, experienced and patient with toddlers and babies. Takes her time to explain and satisfy parents and kids.

Sure the wait time was not very long at all and the staff has always been nice to me and my daughter but when it came time to see Dr. Manzoor it was awful. She kept on insisting that I put my daughter on estrogen cream due to an adhesion on her labia but when I started asking other moms no one had a clue what it was or they thought the doctor was crazy for prescribing it. I did my research online and everywhere I searced said that it is normal and usually goes away at puberty and its only serious when a pouch forms and your child is holding pee. Whenever me or my childs father would ask a question she didn't answer it or as she was walking out she would answer it. She just always seems to be in a rush and does not care. I would not recommend her to anyone!

I brought my son and daughters to her, and over the course of 2 years, she repeatedly showed herself to be ignorant on many patenting topics. She voiced concern that my son's foreskin was too tight - which it absolutely was not; She insisted I stop breastfeeding him by 18 mos old, which goes against all the guidelines that state breastfeeding should be done through the first 24 months; She over does it with referalls for further testing, including bone scan for preteen girl, bili lights for slightly jaundice newborn, and sends way too many children to EI for developmental testing. Her nurses were also extremely condescending toward me due to the number of children I have and the choices I make as a Mother. I have found a lovely new doctor, and will never recommend Dr Manzoor to anyone.

I took my son to her for his first few appointments. The staff is nice and the wait time isn't too long. They give you plenty of information after your visit (growth charts, what to expect with a new baby sort of thing...) but Dr. Manzoor barely spends any time with you. She rushed through our appointments. When we asked questions, she either shrugged them off or replied in a way that didn't really answer the question. The main problem I had was that my son had a bad diaper rash. She said she would write us a prescription for it but didn't give it to us at the office and no one called within the next few days to let us know it had been called in. When I called about it, the nurse told me that there wasn't even a comment about it in his file. I'm looking for a new doctor.
