Dr. Rabia Sarwar, MD

This is a real fact-based review, more importantly, written by a real patient. Although I am a professional, I was boldly treated without dignity and waited hours to be seen. In my direct patient experience, she was not calm, nor patient but did exhibit a strong need to exert authority. Dr. Rabia Sarwar was witnessed by a fellow patient using an unusually close proximity, controlling posture and tone toward the me, along her sarcastic documentation, it is clear that Dr. Rabia Sarwar was aware of — and leveraged — the inherent power imbalance between physician and patient. Rather than using her role to foster safety and clinical listening, she used it to silence, erased pt symptoms from record, and literally used belittling, completely non clinical phrases in a moment where she retaliatorily 'wrote while angry' in the patient's own medical records after being reported, with evidence and witnesses, for violating a plethora of tenants involving quality of care at Princeton Medical Center… in Plainsboro, NJ.

I had a really positive experience with Dr.Sarwar at CentraState hospital .She was calm, patient, and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, she listened and made me feel heard, which isn’t always the case in busy hospital settings. I left the visit feeling reassured and cared for.
