Dr. Rabih Mahmoud Salloum, MD

I am extremely dissatisfied with Dr.Salloum. He preformed my first hernia surgery in 2022. 6 months later I thought I had a reoccurring hernia. I saw Dr. Salloum . He had no interest in listening to my concerns. He claimed there was no hernia and he suggested that I may want to wear a girdle and sit-ups might help. I had a consult with another surgeon who listened to my concerns and he did a thorough examination. He said without even looking at my CT results he knew I had a hernia. I had open hernia surgery November 2023. This time mesh was used.

Dr Salloum is a great doctor. He listens to the patient. I would recommend him to anyone. I was back to my normal routine 2 days after the operation .

In 2010 and 2011, Dr. Salloum performed several surgeries on me. If it hadn't been for him, I wouldn't be here today. Yes, sometimes you'll have to wait for specialists, but I guarantee you he's worth the wait. His beside manner is amazing, and he is not only supportive of you, but your family as well. He answers every question you have, and gets back to you promptly. I was 21 when he operated on me, and I was terrified. Dr. Salloum and his entire team couldn't have been more supportive, and even now, whenever I call the office for records, everything is done promptly and with full support. Thank you Dr. Salloum (and team) for everything!

Doctor was 1.2 hours late. When he did arrive he said he had emergencies. No one from his staff informed us of his lateness or offered us to reschedule. Ladies at the front desk unwelcoming and not helpful.

I was referred to Dr. Salloum after my condition was deemed "complicated" by two local doctors. Dr. Salloum calmly and competently characterized what he saw on my scans as a "4" on a scale of one to ten. He said (paraphrased), "I get patients from one hundred miles around. Cases that other doctors don't want. Compared to what I am used to treating, yours isn't complicated." As it turns out, he was right. I am three weeks post surgery and doing very well. NO COMPLAINTS. The doctor is down to earth, genuine and kind - with a common sense approach. His staff is accommodating and pleasant. I was able to get an appointment and a surgery date easily (including the request to complete the surgery before my insurance contract renewed; thereby saving me the expense of meeting a new year's deductible. I highly recommend Dr. Salloum and would without reservation send family and friends to him for care.

Dr. Salloum epitomizes what a physician should be. He is gentle, kind, caring and compassionate. He is vitally interested in the welfare of the patient and also stops to give all the comfort that is psossible to family members. My husband went through months of pain with a very complex diverticulitis infection which needed two difficult surgergies and Dr. Salloum was always there to help and care. He is the very best !!!! We are fortunate to have leaders like Dr. Salloum in the medical profession.

He has poor follow up and bedside manners. Doesn't always believe the patient has a legitamate complaint, only believes what he things is true. Would not use this surgeon again!!

Dr. Salloum is the most competent, friendly, and caring doctor I have ever seen. I had two surgeries with him. I can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend!

I've had two surgeries by Dr. Salloum and HIGHLY recommend him. He is a terrific doctor with a very nice bed-side manner. He pushed my second surgery up so that I could get to treatment more quickly--what a Godsend.You will be in gifted and talented hands if you select Dr. Salloum as your surgeon.Good luck.
