Dr. Rabiya Noor, MD

Rabiya Noor, MD, completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock in 2019. She then went to Corpus Christi, Texas, to complete the Christus Spohn/Texas A&M Family Medicine Residency Program in 2022. Board certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, Dr. Noor joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2025.

Dr. Noor provides primary care to patients of all ages. This includes well care such as physicals and immunizations. She also treats acute illnesses and injuries, including joint pain and seasonal viruses, as well as manages chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. Dr. Noor is also especially interested in obesity management and women’s health. Her favorite part of practicing medicine is being able to meet new people and form bonds with her patients.

Board-certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Noor has advanced training in the evidence-based treatment of obesity, …recognizing it as a complex, chronic disease requiring personalized care.

Dr. Noor builds rapport and trust with her patients through active listening and creating a collaborative environment where she and her patients can work together to create care plans. She also strives to treat her patients with respect and empathy in every encounter.
