Dr. Racha A Dermesropian, MD

she is the worst doctor I've ever experienced. she is rude and argumentative. she does not help medically and does not show genuine concern or support. not only would I NEVER see her as my doctor again, I would not become a patient to any practice that hires her.

This doctor does not take proper health history, not allowed to explain symptoms, she is very rude and talks down to you and not to you. She made a joke about an issue I have and when I defended myself she got very rude in her response. She diagnosis off of another doctors records and notes. Very horrible experience!

The doctor is great and explains everything with great detail (although she is an extremely fast talker so I do have to ask her to slow down quite a bit so I can fully understand what she is saying). She is extremely smart, caring, and offers excellent advice. Her staff on the other hand is horrific. They have made some major mistakes, can't schedule appointments correctly, have an extreme attitude, and act like they're doing you a favor by calling you back. They never pick up the phone and when they do they act like they can't be bothered and transfer you to a voicemail and call you back when it's convenient for them - they don't take the patient or patients family into consideration at all when making mistakes that eat into everyones time or how their mistakes unintentionally expose their elderly patients to being outside in the middle of a pandemic. They're curt and should not be in healthcare or patient care if they do not know how to speak to anyone in a kind, empathetic manner.… Good luck ever getting through to anyone at this place unless you have the time to keep calling back.

The doctor is great but her staff is horrific - they don't schedule appointments correctly, make extremely dangerous mistakes when it comes to patient care, and do not care about the patients or their families at all. They never pick up the phone, have an extreme attitude when they do, and act like they're doing you the favor by calling you back. I've never seen a doctors office be so unprofessional and lack empathy - especially in the middle of a pandemic.
