Dr. Rachael Annette Coleman, MD

I am so disappointed by this dr. She doesn’t follow the state guidelines for treatment. You’re supposed to try and keep people in treatment but she doesn’t care about that. She will send you back out. My daughter got a false positive on a drug screen they refused to send it out for a confirmation test. There were no metabolites in this screen which obviously couldn’t be correct instead of looking into it she accused my daughter of dealing. What kind of dr does that. She’s worked her ass off now to deal with this bs. Don’t go here. You’ll be sorry

Dr. Coleman treats me for addiction medicine and she has been very caring. She looks at my case holistically. She always spends time, always ask if I need anything else before we close. I have been very pleased with her care, I have no idea where I would be without her. She has helped me change my life is so many positive ways!!

She diagnosed me with fibramyalgia, osteoarthritis, chronic hip and knee pain, I can not walk up stairs,or walk long distances, I can not sit for long because my hips and knees lock up and then I can't get up. I take several pain medications which have severe side effects that keep my drowsy and even "high" and so she sent me to a pain mangement doctor who states that I can not work, so I tried to get disability because I have a morgage to pay and she turns around and tells them that I can do a sitting job, so I got denied and now with no income, I am about to loose my home, which she thought was funny. Who ever says she is understanding and compassionate LIED!!!

Dr Colman is so very caring about the whole patient. I was a complex patient with multiple issues. She listened to what I had to say and asked all of the right questions. With her help I am doing so much better. For a young dr she is great! I should know, I am an RN and nurses always know good doctors when they work with them.

Hesitated to stay with practice after Dr. Tucker left but Dr. Coleman has been an excellent choice for me. Her bedside manner Excellent and her glowing personality Awesome. Thanks for such continued great care!

Dr. Coleman is very smart yet humble and I understand her. She is very thorough, geniune, & proactive-Thanks Dr. C!

This doctor is terrible!!!! No beside manner whatsoever. Told me I needed a CT scan to "rule out cancer" and then failed to clear it with my insurance. When I arrived for the CT, I was told I would have to pay for it on my own since my doc never got it authorized. Then, she wouldn't even call me back and her office said she had a policy of not calling patients back. How can you trust a doctor who won't talk to you?
