Waited 6 months for an appointment. I was told sorry doctor isn't accepting new patients right before appointment. Basically, it doesn't matter that it was their mistake, and they needed to fix it. Their fix is to send you to a nurse or have you wait another 3 months for a different doctor. Don't expect compassion or understanding. I received a lot of "why can't you go to a nurse? It's the same thing. They are qualified." Then why do we have doctors?

Dr. Lopez, her assistant, and her staff were incredibly kind and patient. I truly enjoyed visiting with them; I came in incredibly nervous but they were so sweet and they made me feel very comfortable.

The staff is very professional and welcoming. Dr. Lopez is the best! She takes time to talk to you about your health and is genuine. I’m very grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Lopez was very sensitive and understanding of my situation. In addition, she expressed genuine concern and references to help me cope with the anxiety associated with an unexpected, life-changing health scare. Lastly, she did an excellent job with the my hysterectomy incision and she is the ONLY physician who suspected I had a pulmonary embolism and repeatedly encouraged me (literally pleaded with me) to go to the ER to be evaluated for a PE, which is what I had (it had been misdiagnosed by other physicians as pleurisy and then pneumonia).

The whole staff was great. Jordy, Dr Lopez’ assistant was so friendly and kind. Dr. Lopez was very thorough and took her time getting to know me. She was relatable and easy to talk to. I am very pleased with my experience!

Dr. Lopez made unkind and inappropriate comments to me-even calling me promiscuous. I wish I had never been her patient.
