Dr. Rachael Orozco, MD

Dr. Orozco blocked an application for a PTSD service dog twice stating that there was "no medical reason" for a Veteran with a 100% service-connected PTSD rating for PTSD to apply for a program that provides PTSD Service Dogs to veterans with PTSD.

Orozco believes that showing-up 30-min late to an appointment is OK & treats patients like cattle. This woman is a jerk and should not be practicing medicine

Dr. Orozco is the kind of doctor you hope to find. She is pleasant, caring and thorough. I was very happy with my experience.

A nightmare getting meds renewed.

She was totally unprofessional, dismissing my complaints of pain and belittling my situation. She had no bed side manner and seemed more concerned on making a point then helping in any way.

Dr Orozco has been my dr for 2 1/2 yrs. Why I have waited so long to change I don't know. Her demeanor seems to depend on what kind of day she is having. I am always rushed through like a piece of cattle and treated with just as little care. She doesn't ask questions or listen to concerns to try to resolve an issue. She is abrupt and unpleasant.

First time seeing this doctor. Unsure of a diagnosis. Had a hard time getting my test results. Said if I had any more problems to go to the ER. Not impressed. Kind of abrupt.

came in for a medical problem. Dr. insited I sign a drug release form without allowing me to read it. She stated she did not like my behavior. In fear and confusion about why my medical problem was not addressed, I hurriedly signed her drug form and left in tears. Soon thereafter I felt compelled to collect my medical records upon which she had written: "Patient arrested and jailed for drunk driving." I contacted her, she removed her blatant lie. I contacted AMA to report her, and was told that since she removed that lie, I would not be able to take action against her. HER behavior was agitated and demanding about the drug form which I would sign simply, without her harrassment and disallowing me to read a single word on the form.
