Dr. Sus has helped me a lot with my issues.

I arrived early to my appointment and was able to be seen by Dr. Sus relatively quickly. She’s very informative, but does not have the best bedside manner. I saw her for weight loss management, so I was telling her about my eating habits, previous diagnoses, etc. I told her I would eat things like sandwiches, chicken and rice, some fried things, and she proceeded to really emphasize how awful I ate. Fair, it’s definitely not the best diet lol, but it felt mean coming from a doctor who didn’t smile at me until she was saying goodbye. I told her of a previous diagnosis my pcp made, and she invalidated it. Dr. Sus told me I should be doing some kind of strength training 5 days a week, as well as 2 days of cardio. I told her I’d rather some other form of weight management because surgery scared me and felt like too much, to which she responded, “it’s not too much”. I told her my goal weight and she proceeded to write a comment with my goal weight being about 30lbs less than what I told… her. Overall, she is knowledgeable and prompt but not very courteous. Her straight forward/ serious demeanor was extremely off-putting and ruined my mood.

Dr.Sus and her nurse are extremely courteous and caring. Highly recommend!

I left a highly reputable hospital system in the area and found Dr.Sus. She has time to listen. Truly recommend.

Scheduled a checkup appointment with "Ms. Sus" for my 92 yr old spry mother. My 2 sisters and I accompanied her to the examination room and were seated. Upon Ms. Sus entering the exam room, she immediately became disturbed by seeing as many in the room. She stated only 1 of us can remain with my mother so my sisters left. A few minutes into the visit, 1 sister returned, politely asking to stay to stand in the corner. I then apologized explaining no disrespect was intended by my sister's return. From that point on, Ms. Sus completely lost sight of any care, compassion for her patient. She was curt and dismissive with each medical concern mentioned by repeatedly saying "that's expected for someone that age." After minutes of the "hurried" consult, I brought this conduct to Ms. Sus' attention and describing it as "disappointing." She then uttered I was welcome to have my mother see another doctor. Of course, after recognizing my precious mother was in careless, negligent and neglectful… hands, we opted to leave and protect her from a physician that lacks the basic principles of the Hippocratic Oath! We did reschedule (costing us twice) with a different physician who IS vitally excellent for patients / excellent for the profession. Positively, I would like to offer suggestions of areas Ms. Sus can improve, unfortunately, what she lacks, you can't teach.

Dr.Sus is a very caring doctor. Not sure why people are leaving bad reviews about a nurse in the practice on her site. Stupid people do not realize that this site is for the doctor and not for the nurse/staff. This just goes to tell you how stupid people are. They do not follow doctors recommendations and if something goes wrong or doesn't heal in 5 mins-its the doctors fault.

The nurse you're talking about her name is jail. She's always mean on the phone and in person. leave your problems at home.
