Rachel Click, PA-C

Rachel Click, PA-C, chose a career as a physician assistant after being inspired by a family friend who practiced as a PA. She found her passion for family medicine during a clinical rotation while studying to become a physician assistant and values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients through continuity of care. Rachel enjoys partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals and believes each day offers a chance to make a positive difference in someone’s life. Rachel has a special interest in cardiology-related conditions, including hypertension and congestive heart failure. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, camping, and cheering on the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, Michigan State University and Western Michigan University sports teams. Her strong work ethic and patient-centered approach are rooted in the values instilled by her parents, who have been among her greatest influences.I enjoy …taking the time to get to know my patients and trying to understand what their goals are for their care. I feel it is important to learn about all aspects of the patient's life that may be influencing their health and well-being. I truly value working together with the patient to set realistic care goals and treatment plans that feel attainable for the patient.
