I LOVE Dr Rachel!!!! She's compassionAte and patient and REALLY REALLY listens!! she's thorough and not pushy with meds and makes you feel like priority. She has never rushed me EVER and she graciously listens to all my concerns, has a gentle spirit about her and is soft spoken and calm. She's non judgemental and seriously one of the best Drs I've ever met! she is a RARITY and I'm grateful I found her!!!

Dr.. Eidelman is one of the most pro active, kindest cardiologist you would want to have on your side....Works very closely and knows her patients.

I was sent to 2 surgeons after Dr. Eidelman received the MRI report that my carotid artery is 90 % clogged the first surgeon who does stents was/is ready to perform surgery next week. The vascular surgeon wanted more confirmation and stated the MRI was not the best test for the carotid. As I stood in front of him he said I needed an Ultrasound and that his technician would do it right there in his office. Well the Ultrasound tech said I was only 60% clogged and! therefore! no surgery was needed. I went home and called Dr. Eidelman's office. The first message left Wednesday. It is now Friday and no call as to the next step. A promise from her office staff that she would call me today, Friday. No call. So I called and was told she is not in the office and that some other doctor was on call this weekend. If my life depended on this call, I wonder where'd I be. I am feeling hopeless, scared and confused. Wonder why I was sent for an MRI in the first place if all the doctors I spoke to… said they would have sent me for an Ultrasound. I had a heart attack at 48. Do I think the best decisions were made in my case? Hmmm.

dr eidelman and her staff are among the nicest people iu have ever met. dr eidelman overall is the best and most compassionate doctor i have ever seen.
