My last review was 5 years ago. I went back on March 27 for a full face laser. Office and providers efficient and on time, even better than 5 years ago. I am so happy with the results, and so glad that I am still a patient. As good as office and staff were, she is the best in the area

After calling their office twice for pricing and receiving very courteous and friendly service each time as well as competitive rates on Botox, I decided to make an appointment. The morning of my appointment I arrive and fill out the paperwork and when finished the receptionist tells me their is a $150 consultation fee for today's visit plus the price of the Botox. I said wait, I'm just receiving Botox not going for a consultation for anything else, and further more, speaking with office on two separate occasions for Botox pricing, was never told about a $150 consult fee. The receptionist replied back that she would go speak with the "powers to be" and walked around to the back area. She quickly returned and told me that this is the fee, then apologized for the miscommunication. I then said to her, "well that is very unprofessional to not only waste my morning coming here but after no mentioning this fee on two occasions I spoke with the office, not doing more for me to make this… right." She then apologized again, and I replied, "it is what it is, but I will be posting my experience on the internet." Honestly, if the office and even met me half way by cutting that in half, I would have stated and received treatment, but the fact that all they could offer me was an apology when they NEVER stated a $150 consultation fee had me so upset. What a waste of my morning and now I have to book elsewhere and wait for another appointment. Clearly I'll ask ahead of time now if there are any other "fees" I might expect before booking. Just to add, I've received Botox in this area on two other occasions and never did I get charged a consultation fee. Shame on them for not only going above and beyond, but not making any attempt to make it right. I've made an appointment with Meira Dermatology and now they will get my money and service.

Dr. Epstein is an excellent physician. Not only does she have superb surgical skills, she also has an amazing bedside manner that puts you at ease when going through procedures.

I am a snowbird and am so happy I found Dr.Epstein to take care of all my skin care needs. She is super knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner.

After having 3 biopsies proven skin cancers on my face and shoulder, I needed mohs surgery. Dr. Rachel Epstein of PHDermatology, a mohs surgeon, came to my rescue. She is a gifted Mohs surgeon who treats her patients super nice. Surgery was very smooth operation - no hassles. Just an outstanding job by a great Dr.

I have been to several Mohs surgeons over the past decade and Dr. Epstein took the time to explain various treatment options and the Mohs procedure. She spent the extra time answering all my questions. I didn't even feel the needle when she numbed my nose. Dr. Epstein did a great job with the repair as well. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein to all my friends and family.

Before seeing Dr Epstein for Mohs surgery on the upper lip for skin cancer, I had consultations with two other Mohs surgeons and a plastic surgeon after doing extensive research. They were anything but reassuring and utterly full of themselves. Dr. Epstein was the only one who took time with me, thoroughly explained the procedure, and put me at ease. I feel like she had my best interest at heart. I am so glad that I decided to have her do the surgery, she did a great job and without all that off putting ego.
